a diabetic or low carb dieter can have. We have not used Equal or Splenda but have chosen to use Maltitol because it is better tasting.

Maltitol is a sugar alcohol that has no aftertaste. The stroke of genius on these low carb cheesecakes is the crushed Almond crust, which increases the dietary fiber, also driving the net carb count lower.
